Cancellation and Refund Policy

AMA, Inc.’s cancellation and refund policy prohibits a full refund of a conference registration at any time.  If you cannot attend a conference for which you have registered, regardless of the reason, you have three options:

1. Carry Forward Your Registration

Carry your registration forward to the following year’s conference without penalty or administrative fee. You must submit before the first day of the conference for which you have registered your written request to carry forward  your registration .

2. Transfer Your Registration to Another Person

Transfer your registration to another colleague or friend for the same conference, without penalty or administrative fee. You must submit before the first day of the conference for which you have registered your written request to transfer  your registration  to another person.

3. Cancel Your Registration

Cancel your registration through the cut-off date (stated on the registration form). You must submit through the cut-off date your written request to cancel your registration. If you choose this option, our refund policy stipulates that an administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from any refund.

After the published cut-off date, no refunds will be given. This includes registered attendees who fail to attend a conference.
