AMA, Inc. respects your privacy and makes every reasonable effort to protect it. We collect and store contact information submitted via online registration or mailing-list forms. In addition, we occasionally obtain contact data from public sources, primarily the Internet, and from faculty or program committee members who help develop the conference agenda.

How Your Information Is Used

Your contact information is used to distribute information about AMA, Inc. conferences. AMA, Inc. does not sell mailing lists. On occasion, however, we rent contact data to carefully selected groups that provide educational services or products relevant to our audience. In these infrequent instances, AMA, Inc. retains complete control of all mailing lists. We do not support telemarketing.

Credit-card information is used only for the payment transaction in question and erased after each conference. AMA, Inc. is committed to data privacy and takes every reasonable step to make sure no outside parties have access to your personal information.

Regarding any data we collect on our website, we use your information only to help fulfill your request.

Your Privacy: How to Opt Out

You are welcome to participate in an AMA, Inc. conference without providing contact data if the registration payment method is in concordance with the information provided. In addition, if you wish AMA, Inc. to discard your contact data, notify us in writing by email or postal mail at the following address:
