CREFCREF 2011 Perfusion Conference Registration

  • Registration cancellations must be requested in writing by March 1, 2011. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds through that date. No refunds thereafter.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time. If you are a poster- or oral-abstract presenter, please be sure to inform us of any presenter changes.
  • All poster- and oral-abstract presenters receive a discounted registration.
